Weight training isn't just about bulking up and building muscle mass, it has tons of other benefits. For example, weight training has been shown to help improve posture, provide better sleep, gain bone density, maintain weight loss, boost metabolism, lower inflammation, and stave off chronic illness.

Extreme Fitness is known for our weight training and strength and conditioning. Not only do we provide state of the art equipment, but our trainers have extensive knowledge in these areas. Our gym is selected by those who have their Pro Cards in body building, numerous athletes, amateur competitors, and dedicated strength and conditioning coaches. Don't ever allow a lack of knowledge keep you from weight training. Many of the above mentioned started in our gym with little to no training, but our staff and members were supportive and committed to helping. We've watched members who have never lifted a weight in their life, go on to compete and win contests.
